One thing I don't want is to get bogged down in negativity. If I do post something that feels gross, I want it to be with the intent of fixing or changing something.

And so, here is Bailey Joe. The sweet, comically destructive cat I adopted in 2015 after my sweet Olive died and right before I moved to Denver.

Helloooooo out there! Anyone around? The guys have (thankfully) left me in peace tonight so I'm just puttering around LJ, enjoying my cats, and getting ready to get my knit on.

Today promises to be nice and slow and quiet, which I am very fond of, especially on rainy days. Mah kittehs are both at the vet, which they were both very, very unhappy about. I took miss Liza June to the vet this morning. She'd been coughing and then suddenly disappeared under the bed, not to mention completely ignoring the litter boxes. Turns out, she has a respiratory infection, a fever, and ear mites ( Read more... )
