I actually had a bonafide, substantial, multi part, healthy dinner/supper tonight! I found some Tilapia fish at Wal*Mart for $3/lb :):
1 Tilapia filet, Seasonings (Olive Oil, garlic, rosemary, other herbs, bay leaves, red pepper & paprika), roll, carrots and "Dublin Mudslide" ice cream (by Ben & Jerry's)...Defintely must do this again...
