The Future
I haven't really kept up with this live journal at all but will be making more of an effort in the future since a great deal is going on in my life now. Recently I moved to Ft. lauderdale Florida to start a job with my Aunt and Uncle. I am living at their house for free and getting paid. I can't really complain but it does get lonely a lot

so the first and third book you mentioned are 2 of my all-time favorites. what did you think of mccarthy though? i really want to read more of his stuff. his language is so gorgeous.
a lot of the stuff in The Quiet American really resonated with me as well. it's kinda sad how it's usually the apathetic, callous, cynical characters that i see the most of myself in, which makes me wonder who i really am.
did you see The Departed? it's actually coming here to Prague and i can't wait!
those shows sound awesome too. some of my favorites. ok. this is email worthy, not the stuff of livejournal comments.
