I'm in CPSC 231 lab right now. We're doing some SPARC assembly programming. From the lab notes: Note: We are using pi as an integer over here. (pi = 3 instead of pi = 3.14).

Pi does not equal 3. Pi does not equal 3.14. Don't use equal signs bastard faces. Also, don't truncate my irrational numbers before less than 50 digits.

Since it was on /. and Jboy's LJ and what not, I did some reading about the pending pi-memorization world record. I found a site that does rankings for it. Of course, the US ranking list is pretty weak. I checked today and it turns out I somehow picked up an extra 6 digits. I figure I'll go ahead with my 126 and get on the list just for kicks.
