*yippee* this is my entrance onto the stage that is livejournal
so my name, chosen in about 5 seconds during American History, means 'happy' in Jamaica...and is also the name of an awesome restaurant on Queen Street!!!
i got the pictures back from JA at last and yes, they are completely fantabulous...Miss Tessie is as beautiful as ever. She is a little girl i met at Blossom Gardens Orphanage in Mo Bay.l We must have known each other in a past life, because it felt like i recognized her right away. it breaks my heart that i might never see her again, and i don't know what she can do with her life. I think she is the smartest and funniest little girl i have ever met, and she is way cooler than a lot of people i know, and she just won't have the same chances. All i hope and pray for her is that she will always keep smiling her gorgeous smile...that she is happy.
countdown to my ballet exam: 11 days. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!! Terrified does not begin to describe!!! (maybe i should learn the dances).
thank you elmo for your poetry...it is truly beautiful.
*Sigh*...a typical day at BSS...but now Doris and I have decided to be ambitious and become heads of the Photography club. Mwahahahaha, i can feel the power already.
BSS is honestly the most surreal place to go to school. You have to laugh, or else it would be impossible to deal with the absurdity of the life. For example, today was SpongeBob SquarePants Day. There is no explanation I can give. Just laugh and move on.
Lien, i am living for two things: for Ireland and for your party tomorrow night...i am in serious need of cocktails and foreign films. Merci beaucoup, mon amie chere.
all my crazy love,
L.
