Due to timezones and overlapping schedules (and my flighty nature), I managed to watch bits and pieces of both US Nats and Euros but full competitions of neither. So I have no way of judging performance objectively. This post is mostly nonsense babble, therefore, where I refer to my favourite skaters by their first names, as if they were my best

I am so happy for Alissa! And I have literally watched the video of that hug six or seven times! The men's standings after the short were such a clusterfuck I was steeled for the worst, and then the Euros podium was basically the podium of my absolute dreams. *___*
