I really miss ye olde days of Harry Potter, when amazon knew they'd have a riot on their hands if they didn't deliver every single order of the new HP so that it arrived on the day of release. I was always too lazy to attend the midnight releases, but I loved waking up and knowing I'd get to read my book right away.
I mention this because amazon is predicting my copy of Mockingjay will arrive NEXT WEEK. *weepz* I guess I could walk to the shops tomorrow and, like, buy it in person, but honestly, who does that anymore?
This, btw, is simultaneously the reason I should get a Kindle and also the reason I will never, ever get a Kindle. My grabby-hands desire to read everything all at once would bankrupt me.
In lieu of good reading, I have instead burned through the first Pretty Little Liars book. Ye gads, it's pretty bad. However, I will definitely be compiling a round-up of all the ridiculous things that Aria and Ezra say and do in the book, because they are incredibly lulz-y. Here's a sample: Ezra has a bathtub in the middle of his apartment. A bathtub FILLED WITH BOOKS. 'mazing.
