The X Factor
I am really very happy at the moment. I feel this should be noted, since I have spent the last 6 months in varying states of abject misery. Yay happiness! \o/
Also: I am overwhelmed by the response to my fic. Overwhelmed! <3 Furthermore, I find it pretty fascinating the different ways that people interpreted the story. Some people identified it as sad or ouchy, some as happy-making or cute. Call me a lit. geek (hey, I am one!), but I find differing interpretations really interesting.
Don't pretend like you're not way into The X Factor. Who doesn't love mediocre-yet-populist talent contests??

I actually like all three (er, four) finalists, so I don't really mind! I am swayed towards Same Difference, just because they are adorable. Anyway, this contest is essentially about pop music and they would make the best popstars. Rhydian has a record contract in the bag anyway. Leon... er, not so much. But he got to meet his mancrush (he totally came in his pants when he got to sing with Michael Buble - y/y?), so it's okay, he'll cope.
