You might think that spending most of the day reading about Auschwitz would not negatively affect your mood. Shockingly, you would be wrong. ;) But anyway...
As popzealot pointed out, Love My Way is going to start airing in the UK soon. Next Sunday at 10pm on Five's new freeview channel, Five Life. In case you have escaped my ramblings about how much I love this show, I'll say again: It's probably my favourite drama series of the last few years (and, uh? I watch a lot of TV, *sheepish smile*). The best way I can describe it is as a mix of 'Six Feet Under' and 'Everwood' -- quirky, angsty, warm. The production values are excellent (read: it's pretty) and the performances from the main actors are outstanding. I did a pimp post a few months ago, which has a little more, plus pictures (because, did I mention? PRETTY!).
Tonight's (Ruth-centric) episode of Spooks looks like massive character-assassination. :| We'll see.
I am sorta-maybe writing Gym Class Heroes fic set in high school (shhh! it's not an AU, because Travis and Matt actually went to high school together! I have not yet become what I hate! ... :|). Which mainly is a good excuse for me to reread interviews and stuff. Fun. Favourite GCH quote ever:
Interviewer: "Is it racially motivated, your hatred for your mom, or is she just a total bitch?"
Travis: "She fucked me up. Do you know how much I got made fun of when I was younger?"
Interviewer: "No."
Travis: "Matt knows. They called me zebra and shit."
Matt: "No! You said that shit yourself!"
Travis: "I was just kidding, I love my mom."
