You probably don't care much but...
Without going into too much detail, this was a very nice weekend. Alex came up to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day on Thursday evening, and we spent a lot of time snuggling and watching movies. We saw Music and Lyrics at the Hampshire Mall and it was WAY better than either of us had expected. Alex also bought a ton of stuff. He also brought me chocolate and a nice card, in addition to taking me to the Northampton Brewery on Saturday night. Our Saturday dinner was good, but the Brewery ran out of a lot of the stuff we attempted to order. Pretty busy, but not as busy as the Eastside Grill, apparently.
Today, he did all of SSFFS a huge favor by making orangey cupcakes while I generally sat around uselessly. My level of involvement was limited to zesting the oranges and juicing the oranges. I did manage to create a small bowl of fresh-squeezed orange juice for Mel C. to enjoy. Anyway, Alex was incredibly productive and took an early bus home (but not before we napped for about an hour).
Nice weekend. I'm looking forward to Rally Day and finding out our commencement speaker. I really hope it's someone not too boring.
