my "Language and Culture" teacher is technologically inept, and can't seem to find the function in VISTA that releases test grades without letting the student look at the test. I know it can be done; I have two other courses in VISTA with teachers that seem to know what they're doing. It's very irritating to know that the test was graded right after I took it on Friday morning, but it's now monday, almost afternoon, and I still don't know what I got. I'd be more understanding if he actually had to grade them, or take them to the grader people, but dammit! It's already graded!

Yes, I'm a bit impatient.

My first round of midterms is over, yay! Two A's have been received, the other two A's are suspected but not yet confirmed. I felt good about both of the tests; they're B+'s, at least, but I would prefer A's. This means that I can slack off a bit, as I've been crazy studying all the time lately.

Well, most of the time. My summoning necromancer is level 61 now, making him the highest level Diablo II character I've ever had. (His name is Lame-O, in case I've never mentioned it. I think I'm quite funny sometimes. Like the other night, when I was lying diagonally across the bed, proclaiming over and over, "I'm a slash! I'm a slash! Wait, no, I'm a backslash!" I don't remember this occurrance, as I had been awake for over 25 hours when it happened, but Matt remembers and was very entertained. Upon retelling, so am I. And people in the computer lab are looking at me funny for laughing.) Lame-O is about to do some significant leveling, however, because (drumroll, please...) my new laptop is being delivered tomorrow! According to UPS.com, it arrived in Jacksonville at 9:38 this morning. So it better freakin' be delivered tomorrow. And I finally will have something to do during the five extra hours I'm on campus every day (especially since the release date for CSI season five has been pushed back to november. sad.)

I've got this annoying kinda-wheezy cough. Hopefully it doesn't get any worse, and it doesn't rain on Friday night during Gator Growl, 'cause that probably won't be good for me. I'm taking my brothers to GG, since we used to watch "who's line...?" together all the time when I was in high school. And since Benjamin has bronchitis/pneumonia, I really hope it doesn't rain.
