today went from bad to worse
I did something I have never done today. Here is the story:
Today started great. I did well on a bio quiz; I read hugely funny internet forums; and it was sunny and a little warm. I had intended to do a lot of errands today because it was my day off. After school I got in my car and drove to the barbershop I go to. As I suspected it was closed.
After that I drove half way to costco to do some grocery shopping. I realized during the drive that I had forgotten a dvd i was going to return and my checkbook, which I can't shop at costco with out. So I turned around. I went home got the necessary items.
I went to the pet store before costco for meal worms. When I got there I found that they only carried frozen food, which I already have and my newt doesnt like it.
So I got back in the car and drove to the mall to return my dvd. That went well, I didnt have a recipt but i got what I wanted any way.
Then I took the short trip over to costco. I found a parking space at costco and turned off the car. I tried to turn off the headlights but the switch was stuck. Not thinking I turned harder, the switch snapped then turned freely not making contact at all. The lights went off but I wont be able to turn them on again, with that switch. I took apart the dash (in the parking lot with a swiss army knife no less!) to survey the damage. The switch was beyond repair. I have replaced this switch before and it cost me 30 dollars for a used one, a part that takes less then 10 min to take out and put in.
Not having legal trasportation I had to abort the costco trip and find alternate transportation. I ended up taking the bus. The bus took me downtown but it would not take me all the way home so I had to walk. I was crossing the street when it happened. I was walking a little slow because I was feeling down and I was streatching out my sore calf muscles. I was half way across the street when I was startled by a loud HONK from an suv turning the corner. Without thinking I turned around and screamed in a harsh voice "FUCK YOU!" I also gave the car the bird.
I couldnt beleive that I had ever done that. I felt true hate toward the person driving that car. I have never sworn at someone that forcefully ever before in my life. I felt like my hyde has shown his face for a split second.
