(no subject)
The past week or so has been turblent, to say the least. It started with 2 tests and my final speech for comm 101 last mon. I did well (81) on the 1st test which was cool, the speech was kick ass (92). THe last test in bio is what has had me worried, i got 33 pts...out of 69. That was only for the multiple choice part of the test though. so thats a 47%. One of the requirements for my major (bio) is that I have to pass bio 204-6 w/ at least a b-. With a failing grade like that i absolutly had to get an A on the rest of lab and the final. Even then I might not make the B-. So i was freaking out. understatement. heh but yesterday i got the short answer portion back, as i was waiting for the prof to call my name i was looking at these smart guys who got 28 or29 out of 31. I was thinking "fuck im gonna get like half that." He called my name and i grabbed the test. I started walking away and i didnt look at the test. I got out of the group of students waiting for their tests when I looked. I got a fuckin 31/31! I was soooo fuckin happy. Its kinda sad that score doubled my total score on the test, which with the curve is 69/100. So its a high D. still absolutly shity because on the first test I missed 4 points. But i am now in good standing to pass w/ a B-. That was a giant weight off.
now ive got to wip out this essay in history on US imperialism. i dont know where Im going with that so this sould be interesting.
well now i have to go take a test that I will ace w/ only 4 hours of studying/learning the material.
