All day today, 75% of my Facebook news feed was talk about the Tonys.  A random sampling:

-loves La Cage aux Folles, but seriously...a revival Spring '10?? It just closed like two years ago
-somebody finally hit neil patrick with several rounds of botox. God bless the Tonys! U should be watching!!!! I heart shrek and go billy & billy & billy...
-is frantically cleaning for her super impromptu tony party. Go Gav, go Neil, yay!

I'm over it, man.  Alice Ripley is not your friend, you just met her once because you live in the same city.  Marcia Gay Harden did not thank you in her acceptance speech.

This tiny community of actors (and some playwrights, directors, etc.) rules the lives of so many people in New York City.  I think there is more out there.  (I'm sitting in my living room listening to my roommate and his friend exchange stories about celebrities they "know.")

The 25% of my Facebook feed that was like, I am on my way to work, I took this facebook poll about toilet paper, I graduated from college today, was SO refreshing.  And tomorrow at work we're going to spend all day taking about the Tonys, and who got "robbed," and which of my coworkers is most happy for Geoffrey Rush.

I am going to pick something else to be interested in.  How about making stained glass?  Or decoupage?  Or maybe I could learn Mandarin or how to garden?
