When he told her this one day (after breakfast, the kids were playing in the yard) she just laughed.
‘What on earth are you talking about? Don’t you remember my first year at Hogwarts? I couldn’t even look at you!
Harry looked genuinely confused. ‘I don’t even remember. It’s like that wasn’t you. You became you when you fought off Tom Riddle.
‘You mean when you saved me,’ Ginny corrected.
‘You fought him first,’ Harry reminded her.
Ginny smiled.
