The most perfect evening Harry thinks he ever spends, is with Ginny at the Burrow, in front of the fireplace. It was Christmas Eve, the year after the final battle. After the festivities, when all the other Weasleys had crawled off to bed, Harry and Ginny collapsed on the sofa, too exhausted to make it back upstairs. They sat quietly for an hour, dreamily discussing their future before sleep finally overtook them.
When he awoke from his doze a couple hours after midnight, Harry sat and watched the flames dance across Ginny’s sleeping form, unable to imagine anything more beautiful.
