UPDATE #1
Holy jesus god I'm so sick. Well, mostly, I've just completely lost my voice and sound worse than a 90 year old hacking smoker. It blows. Other than that, things are good.
We're in LA- no idea where Ben is, but I slept at our manager's house last night, and now I'm sitting at his laptop while Eric showers and Jamie does Breakfast With The King. I might have to join him in a moment...
The show last night was fun- thanks to those who showed up at the ridiculous hour of 7:30 to check us out...
We got 3 out of the 5 final mixes of our new EP- so unfortunately we won't have a product to sell for a few more days- but man, these are definitely the best recordings we've ever done. Can't wait for you to hear them...
Ok, well I'd better get my stuff situated- we're clearing out of LA in a bit- we're gonna drive to Mesa, Arizona to try to see Melt Banana play tonight! And eventually see "Revenge of the Sith"- or as Jamie says it, with fake lisp- "thith".
Oh- and it looks like we're going to be playing in Franklinville, NJ- not far from Philly- on Saturday, June 4th...more soon...
