Things I will do on tour to keep me busy during those long drives:
-watch our excellent collection of DVD's
-finish reading Our Band Could Be Your Life
-re-read Catcher in the Rye for the first time since I was 14 or something
-re-read The Burning City
-pick up Chappelle's Show Season 2 DVD and laugh ass off with Eric
-give repeated listens to new Spoon, MCS, DMB, Alkaline Trio, Sleater-Kinney CD's
-plug nose to avoid stench of bandmates
-participate in/watch heinous games of On Tour
-film our adventures for tour documentary

--------------------------------
We'll be picking up our new EP when we get to LA this weekend, so we'll have them for sale for the rest of the tour. Keep your eyes peeled for those.....
---------------------------------
So Weezer have proven me wrong- their new album is much better than I expected. I'd say definitely their best since "Pinkerton". Of course, I don't think it's anywhere close to that good, but it's at least much better than the last two. Cool.
---------------------------------
Hey Lindsey Kronmiller! Guess who I can't stop listening to lately?? Limbeck!!! Yes, I'm a fan now. I get it. Everyone should check out Limbeck. Solid stuff.
----------------------------------
Hope to see everyone at the shows over the next few weeks! They will be our last until sometime in the fall! Off we go, wish us luck!
-----------------------------------

It was one of those great nights.
It was in Ohio.
It feels like I got so old last night in Ohio.

Emily had tattoos on her arms.
I don't have none on mine.
She said she's from Virginia, but now it's Ohio.

Got home a little late, it was 3 o'clock.
It rained for just a little bit and then stopped.

Emily said she was from Milwaukee.
I thought it was Virginia.
Then she said, "Yeah Virginia, but now it's Ohio"

And people kept coming home last night at 5 o'clock.
I thought they just might never stop waking me up.

Now I'm on the steps to the sidewalk.
It started raining down.
I think it's kind of funny that I'm in Ohio on some steps.
The rain is making my feet wet.

As I sat Jeremiah left for work.
I went back inside and fell asleep.

In Ohio, California, or wherever.
Someday you'll end up in Ohio.
