Ehh it's complicated. Guy doesn't like sync, per se -- he realizes he is actually pretty evil; despite also being tragic and misunderstood it is very clear that sync does like hurting people, and that's not something Guy can over look easily.

On the other hand, he apparently just wants acceptance and that hits Guy right in his squishy feelings place

and the part of him that is used to putting up with Luke and Asch and Jade in their difficult moments is like "eh, could be worse" whenever Sync is just unpleasant at him instead of actually hostile.

THE PEOPLE. Claire is definitely a people person-- he loves hearing and telling stories, learning about new places and environments and societies and belief systems, and MMMM CULTUREGASM. In his heart of hearts, Claire is a storyteller, and every conversation he has with someone gives him story ideas. Certainly he loves being with Chane, and has some great friends and fun people to torment/hang out with, but he'd still like Camp without all of that because of how many stories from different people there would be for him to learn and create.

David is more complicated, because what he wants isn't something that can be easily reflected in a mirror -- but he wants Athlum to be safe and prosperous, and while he's at it, some sort of way to know that his parents/Emma are proud of him.

Something that will take Raph completely by surprise--something he won't see coming. Romantic dinners and evenings spent together are wonderful, but there's a part of Raph that thinks that he doesn't know all the parts of David he would like to. If David gave Raph some part of himself he kept hidden, it would mean so much to Raph, because it shows David's trust in Raphael. Even if it was just telling him a simple story over dinner, Raph would love it. I think Raph compensates for the lack of physical intimacy in his relationships by fueling his desire into a need for emotional intimacy. It's a dangerous route, but it keeps him from turning into a rabbit every other week.
