So, there isn't really much going on in my life right now apart from some serious catching up with various TV shows. Among those being targetted are Dollhouse, Castle, Chuck and then the last few episodes of SPN and Southland

I'm so glad Michael is dead. :P Seriously, that whole storyline was annoying me muchly and Ziva being all deceptive about him annoyed me even more. I don't give a shit if she is Mossad, she's working for NCIS and protecting someone who is obviously murdering people just doesn't fly for me. They better actually come up with a believable reason for her to have been doing it cause her being in love with Michael? Ummm no, didn't see it, didn't buy it.
The Tony/Ziva thing came off VERY one sided. Ziva sounded desperate to have Tony admit he was jealous. I wanted to bang my head against the wall honestly because ugh, NO! I was very worried about there being Tony/Ziva canon in the upcoming season but there's an interview with Michael Weatherly and he seems very against it so I'm hopeful we won't have to suffer through it. *crosses fingers*
I LOVE him! *snerk* Here's a few snippets from a friend.
"...nobody ultimately wants to see two characters that have badinage and repartee get together. Not on a TV show. At the end of 'His Girl Friday,' maybe! But in the week-to-week, year-to-year episodic thing. . . "
"Let's say hypothetically that Tony and Ziva did get together. And then, in this hypothetical universe we've fabricated, we saw the ratings take a drastic, off-a-cliff dive. Hooo, I don't want to be involved in that nonsense! I think we'd be a lot safer if Gibbs was bi-curious--you know, just a little."
MWAHAHAH! I could totally go for that too. ;) Especially if it was with Tony. *snerk*
"I did a show called Dark Angel, and they put us together, and that was a bad idea. When it comes to UST-- I believe it's called--Unfulfilled Sexual Tension--there's a long history. The warehouses of TV history are filled with bad ideas of putting feisty people together. We do have a slight thing happening this year where there will be perhaps a kind of fulfilling of it. But Shane Brennan is going to keep everyone guessing--including us--hopefully into double-digit seasons. Because I have a son who needs to go to college, and those things are expensive."
This bit worries me however. *bites nails*
"The show's not really about whether or not somebody's in love with somebody. It's not one of the fundamental cornerstones of the thing."
"...we want to keep DiNozzo in the shallow end of the pool, with his arm floaties on."
"Way down deep, DiNozzo is a 13-year-old boy who thinks girls are cute, but you don't want to have lunch with them or anything. He's just tortured by Ziva's presence. And it does have some of that neighborhood-crush feel--the girl that rode by on her pink bike and stuck her tongue out at you, and you threw a rock and you never really meant for it to hit her. That's the general flavor of their flirtations. It's tinged with violence. We dance around each other, but dangerously. There are more violent sparks than lovey-dovey rainbows and unicorns in their relationship."
"He's fascinated by bad guys...I mean, look at Ziva. The girl he's probably interested in--even though he's not really capable of acknowledging it--she's an assassin, right? Yeah, that's healthy! There's the girl you want to take home to mom. Like, I luuv her. She kills people, and she's trained by Mossad. She's a professional liar and killer. I want her to mother my children." *snort*
I definitely can't wait for the season finale! \o/
