I'm really impressed - this fic seems to define JE relationships, because a lot of them are more than friends, but they don't seem to have gotten as far as "lovers" for whatever reason.

The vague, unfinished feeling of sort-of-conclusion was so much more satisfying that a sex-scene - really good job. :)

Writing it this way is kind of how I see them sometimes, although I know it's probably a long shot-- that's why it's fiction, right?
