Awake or Asleep, She's Adorable!!
Cindy is 5 months old now, and coming into her personality. When we first got her, we assumed she'd immediately assume a role as Alpha cat, because she's a female, beautiful and expensive. Not only that, but when first introduced her to Buddy, she arched up and hissed and he ran off! But over time, Buddy has established his dominance. For instance, sometimes he'll be lying on the sofa and she'll jump up onto him from the floor and quickly jump back down again, just to annoy him. He'll take it for awhile, then he'll reach down with one of his big mitts, and gently press her onto floor so she can't do it again.
Cindy apparently has no awareness of her beauty and expense. She's very sweet and affectionate, loves to cuddle up at night and is very people-oriented. All in all, she's exceeding my expectations.
She is scheduled to be spayed on 5/5.
