I'm pretty sure I'm having an existential melt down. I don't feel quite right, mentally or emotionally. My typing and my spelling are completely fucked, which is odd for me. Usually, even if I'm crying hysterically, my typing and spelling are constants. Just one of those things. It took me a good 10 minutes to correct all of the mistakes just in ( Read more... )

I've felt bad before, and usually...hanging out with friends gets me out of it, or doing something that really lets me express myself. I've found an improv group i really like. You like to dance and stuff, best bet would be to go out and DO something, anything, to get your mind off the thoughts in your head. movie, exercise oftentimes is really helpful, just don't do anything to hurt yourself. Remember that these moments pass and then the happy comes back. That's why living is worthwhile, for those moments. They may be few and far between some days, but they're there.
