I had a minor freakout the other day about the baby and how expensive everything is and whether I will make a good mother or even an adequate mother, etc. The boyfriend said "You'll do fine. Just don't drop the baby and it will be just fine."

I think he might be setting the bar a little low but it was comforting. Now if only I could finally decide on a stroller. It's so stressful cause they are all so expensive and I want to buy something good enough and useful that will serve us well.

Bought some maternity clothes. The experience kinda sucked. Benetton and H&M only had maternity jeans fit for pregnant Barbie, or something. I thought that maybe in maternity wear I'd be able to find stuff in normal shops but even there I am reminded that I am too fat for normal stores and I'd better forget about getting anything on a sale. It would make sense if my fellow Greeks were all thin but we are a pretty fat to obese people as a whole. And then you have stores complaining about going out of business. Gee, start carrying something bigger than UK 10, ffs and you'll be fine!
