On Uni, ExOr, DB, Slayers, & Parfait Tic
So, yes, life is dull. As always. Thank goodness. -_-;; School has eaten my freetime. My first biology exam is Friday. Am rather anxious about that since I don't really like science. Hard science anyway. I'm all about psychology! Am anxious in those classes too, however, since I have a group project due October 2. I hate group projects on principle. I prefer to work independently. And I hate having to depend on other people without knowing whether or not they will actually do the work and even if they do it's usually not up to my individual standards. So, in two weeks I have to perform a skit with four other people. And we haven't even started planning it, and they don't seem particularly interested in it. *twitches* It's getting to the point where I'm thinking that I'll write a script and just demand that everyone else memorize it. They'll probably thank me for it, but if they don't...*shrugs* let them think that I'm a domineering bitch. Nothing jeopardizes my scholarship. Nothing.
Updated ExOr last weekend. *rejoices* I hope to post the next part next weekend (Sept. 26-28) in which Wufei's plan will be explained...to an extent. There are still the cliffhangers to think of after all! ^__^ I'm working on having DB ready for posting this weekend since I promised that girl. And I'm resisting the urge to add copious dog related author's notes. It's. Very. Hard. I'm obsessive. Dogs are my area of expertise. I love the puppies! I know quite a lot about them, and it's hard for me to distinguish whether or not I need to explain everything in excruciating detail or assume that people already know this and that or just don't care. The protection training section (*snickers* Poor Miroku) will definitely require a few notes, though not enough for some idiots to think they can go out and try it themselves, but I'm not sure about some of the more general doggy things... Is the real reason dogs yawn common knowledge? And it's not 'cause they're sleepy...
Also got my Slayers manga the other day... They're a nice little diversion though not as funny as they could have been. But Lina and Gourry sure do grope each other a lot... ^_^;; It amuses me though how everyone harks on how small Lina's breasts are when I'm looking at the pictures and think they're perfectly in proportion with her petite frame not to mention that she has more than a lot of women do. And apparently she's permanently cold... And Gourry, *chortles* Gourry actually has a bulge in his pants. Let's hear it for clothed anatomical correctness!
And I really really hope the next Parfait Tic scanslation comes out soon. Daiya and Fuuko at the beach! All by themselves! Squeeee! Even though Fuuko's probably ultimately gonna end up with Ichi... Heck, being able to choose between the two would be more than I could do. They'd have to share me! *__*
