Had two wisdom teeth and a molar yanked on Friday along with two bone grafts. Still tender. The titanium pin for the molar will be put in in about 10 weeks. Lost some weight this past week, but not as much as I hoped for only eating soft foods. Still on target though, even with missing workouts on Friday (usually a double workout day) and today (needed to get some rest). So here we go...
