Particularly unfunny entry, because it just feels WRONG to make Nina funny. :(
Anyway, this episode--Holy damn. Just...wow. I'll spazz later, but I thought that knowing what was going to happen would have desensitized me and made it feel like less of an impact. I was wrong.
Every time I watch it its like a new punch in the gut. I don't know what the Hell Bones is doing, but damn, are they doing it right.
This wasn't in the manga! Doesn't keep it from being awesome, though.

Ed's giddy face IS kind of cute, though.
Until, that is, the episode turns from "how cute" to "OMFGWHYYYYYY?!"
Okay, from here on out, its just commentary and no jokes, because I just can't make fun of something so intense.

A shiver ran up my spine at that.
Finally he turned that backlit off so we could meet his crazy eyes.
The next few pictures are what you are treated to if you watch Ed's LUNGE! in slow mo. Lots of ANGRY ED and shots that could be used for awesome icons.
Holy damn, Romi has this bit spot on. Ed's screaming is amazing.
I love this line.
"Human life? What about you, FullMetal Alchemist? What about your arm and your brother? Isn't that also playing with human life?"
Well c'mon, Tucker. He didn't turn Al into a walking tin can on PURPOSE.

Okay, the minute Ed goes like this and the sad music starts, I was bawling.
And whenever it gets to this part, it still feels like a punch in the gut.
Some trauma!Ed. (And here I thought last week's trauma!Ed face was awesome).
This would also make an excellent icon. Angry Ed is awesome.

Okay so, about this episode--HOLY FUCK. It was INTENSE. Everything--the animation, the voice acting, and the music--all combined to make one big HOLYSHITFUCK at the end. It made me cry, and still makes me sad face whenever I watch it, it's THAT intense. Romi Park's voice acting was BRILLIANT and that combined with the music--GUHHH. T_T
So next week we'll go back to the usual (hopefully) funnies with some fights with a Sexy Hobo, but as for this week--BRB, Angsting. T_T
