So, I'm the assistant manager at a Toys R Us Express store in the mall. It's across the street from the main store. Since it's so condensed, we often get requests for things we have to direct to the main store that has about eleventy billion more things than we do. Today is quite possibly the most baffling customer interaction I have ever had.
