And how was your day?

So, I'm the assistant manager at a Toys R Us Express store in the mall. It's across the street from the main store. Since it's so condensed, we often get requests for things we have to direct to the main store that has about eleventy billion more things than we do. Today is quite possibly the most baffling customer interaction I have ever had. Since I fail at art, you'll just have to imagine my face gradually shifting from :D to :| to -_-

Me: Hi! What can I help you find today?
Towel Lady: I'm looking for towels
M: We don't carry towels here. I'm sorry.
L: They're Disney towels, like... they go on your head. They have a front and a back.
M: We don't have those here.
L: Do you have Disney?
M: Sure! Are you looking for Disney Princess stuff?
L: No. Disney Toys R Us
M: Umm........... Well here's the Disney Princess stuff and I can show you our other Disney things
L: I'm looking for towels. Like... imagine you're on a beach. They're for your head and they go down your back.
M: We... don't have those here
L: Do you have dress up?
M: Yep! Just over here
L: *looking at the dress up* I don't see any towels.
M: That's because... we don't have them
L: Oh well do you have Toy Story?
M: Sure, right this way
L: *looking at Toy Story* Oh you have some cool stuff here. Too bad there's no towels, the kids really wanted toy story towels.
L: *to her mom* I guess we'll have to go to toys r us in Indy
M: Have you tried the store across the street? They have way more than us
L: They never have anything. They wouldn't have towels
M: *facepalm*
