100 - 80 - 60 - 40 - 20 Reps Single Under Jumprope +
50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Reps Sit-ups
ex. Round 1 = 100 Jumps + 50 Sit-ups
ex. Round 2 = 80 Jumps + 40 Sit-ups
Time = 9:18
