Walking to work this morning, I passed by a lady getting her breakfast at Marchellino and I found myself checking her stuff out. No, I wasn't looking at her mammaries or shapely legs (she was well in her 50's) but her purse. I know, the realization shocked me too, but I noticed it was a medium sized Coach bag in the new style print, and she was pulling out a matching wallet. Not more than a few minutes after that, another older lady walked by with a large Burberry bag and matching jacket, and I immediately tried to price the outfit. What's going on? After some self reflecting, I decided that the increased amount of time I have been spending in stores like Coach, Burberry, Holt Renfrew has altered my observation triggers. I have to admit, this extends to anything that is pricey. I often notice ladies with ROCKS on their finger, or more properly, ROCKS with a lady attached to it. In order to have myself a good day at work, I decided that it's not the purses, the wallets or diamonds that attract me, it's the money. I now have a better idea of how much these things cost and being a working drone like many others out there, I often think what I need to do to get into that tax braket. Then I would buy my lady all the purses and wallets, shoes and diamonds she desired. I would also buy myself a Burberry cap, same as the one I saw TAYE DIGGS wear on tv the other day. He's cool, so it's ok. I think.

But at a cost of $150 for it, maybe I'll just outfit my pooch.
