(P.S. I don't actually think Bush is the worst president in history... and I don't think that Hoover was completely at fault for his lackluster job in the presidency, considering he entered the office during a boom only to be faced with a sudden economic crisis, but it has to be admitted he didn't do a great job at recovering from the shock.)
