What a great quote. It really puts into words ideas I've been floating around lately but haven't been able to fully grasp. Of course it's true, the things I want out of life that I have convinced myself are impossible are not, they're simply difficult. Not everything I want in life is going to be handed to me - you have to work to achieve what you want out of life.

I want to learn to play guitar and make music. I want a digital camera so I can share those photographs I take in my mind. I want a van. I want one day a modest house on a not-so-modest piece of earth. I want to find a woman who loves me for me to come along for the ride and live and share their life with me. I want to stay close to my friends and family and I want them to all be happy. I want to explore the world, I want to understand the world. I don't want to be rich or famous but I want my ideas to be out there. I want to write, I want to teach. I may not be able to help everyone but I want to be able to say I tried my best.
