This is not a manifesto.

I am no hero. I am no martyr. And as of yet, I am no revolutionary. I have never been homeless. Nor suffered disease. And due, mainly to the generosity of others, I have never starved. I do not claim that I am now, nor have I ever been, selfless. I am no expert on suffering. I am not a charity. And i appreciate a fair wage for a fair days work...

But there is a limit.

A point at which means and opportunity meet. An instance where ability and responsibility MUST be reconciled. It is the duty of those who have, to give. It is the charge of those who can, to do. In the Jewish tradition, hospitality was demanded and it was obliged. To refuse all you could spare, was to refuse God. Jesus told a parable of a man whose crops do well and becomes rich. Rather than share the bounty, he builds bigger barns to store his wealth and relax the rest of his days. God is so offended by his selfishness, he takes his life that very night.

The wages of avarice, are death.

Generosity is not an option; It is an order. Participation is not suggested; It is required.

This is not a manifesto.

This is a call to arms.

This is a last ditch attempt to put the heart of the people back into the mind of the person.

This is a plea of renewal, repentance, reclamation, and responsibility.

And this is not voluntary.
