Does anyone ever become obsessed with sushi for weeks at a time, then get pretty grossed out, then go back to being obsessed a few months later? It's quite a cycle. However, upon investigation I learned that as long as I do not eat white albacore or shark or shellfish or farm raised fish excessively, mercury/toxin poisoning is much less of a concern. I was nervous for a second because I've been eating salmon sashimi like it's my job all week.
