I used to scoff at every new year. Like some, i felt that it was another arbitrary day. The world still moves on, the earth still continues its rotation around the sun for the million of years it has done before. Problems and worries still plague us. We continue to hurt and cry. We still ponder at the what-ifs.

After what seemed to be the longest wait ever, the exams are finally over! Yay to that. Never been a fan of exams (I like studying but not the assessment part), I felt quite a sense of relief (other than extreme worry for messing up a few questions) as we exited the exam hall.

it was two years today that the walls of water came crashing down. juxtaposed amidst the merriment that was going on, the world looked in horror.

today, the heavens seem to pour. a neverending onslaught to our moods and plans. ironic, if only we remembered that this wall of rain could be much more.
