Cures for backache
A while back, a co worker introduced me to Manolo the Shoeblogger. It's not my normal blog fare but I've come to enjoy it as well as that of the other blogs affiliated with him. One of the blogs is called Manolo for the Men (yes, I read it too sometimes although I am not a 'men'). The most recent post has a passage I find particularly amusing:
"There are only three sure-fire cures for backache. One is whiskey. Another is downhill skiing. The third and finest of all is found behind closed doors with an enthusiastic partner."
Hee! I don't quite get the downhill skiing although I imagine it has something to do with strength and flexibility. The other two, well, are self explanatory. Also effective.
The post also has some pictures which I am assured by those with greater pop culture awareness than me, are of Sophia Loren. I didn't know who she was before Googling her today but she's stunningly beautiful.
