The Finales: Haven + Fringe

Mildly spoilery general thoughts, poshlil!

For those of you who don't know Haven, its a sci-fi light romance. That basically means a very humble budget for special effects and filming 90% of the scenes outdoors in the picturesque maritime province of Nova Scotia, Canada. It was the SERIES finale for Fringe. They were expecting a baby at the end of the previous season, and wete married at the start of this fibal season. But they were estranged (not together) because they were handling their daughter's disappearance (and then, death) differently. In the end, though, Walter sacrificed himself to reset time to before the invasion (and therefore, they never lose their daughter). I'm leaving out a lot about Observers, being 24years in the future, and their daughter being an adult when she finds them... But that's the important bit: Fringe ends with a happy family moment.
