Watched Deathly Hallows 2

When they were showing the dead, and the theater got all quiet, I teared up and didn't stop tearing up for a while, until the fashionable scarf I was wiping my face on was quite wet. I wasn't the only one, the woman in front of me pulled out some kleenex, some other girl was like bawling for fifteen minutes.

I thought this last installment was really good. It was an excellent movie based on the book, did exactly what it needed to do. The graphics and acting and music were superb. I am not sad that it's over, though. Harry Potter lives on and will never be forgotten. Me, I am so happy I decided to sit down and read the books that fateful day in high school. Growing up with Harry Potter was an amazing experience.

I'm not gonna lie, though, the epilogue made me laugh. A lot.

Some of you may roll your eyes, but Harry Potter really did change my life. The books showed me wonder and magic in a world that told me to stop dreaming and be more sensible. I pity that sad, gray, magic-less world, and I am thankful that someone showed me there is something more, and that a whole bunch of other people believed, and weren't ashamed to do so.

I got a little teary-eyed just writing this.

But I will be more than a little teary-eyed if I don't get back to studying. Law exam in t-2 days, pharmacy practice exam in t-9 days! Wish me luck!
