(no subject)
I just got back from DC... last night. I had such an awesome time. Adam and I do, surprisingly, make decent travel buddies. He tells me the historical significance of places, and I make sure we eat well... and get there. I stayed in the hostel again. That was awesome, even more so than the first time. People are so friendly. And it's fun because Adam and I had our own "language", southern. Reckon, yonder and y'all were really popular words. In a few weeks I may get a visit from some Aussies who want a good steak. That'll be fun.
Unfortunately, I have to get my world back in order here. Comcast lied about the "package" I was getting. It was supposed to be about $50 for service for at least 3 months, but the bill says $102.52. And my internet still doesn't work. Yep, that's 10 days with no internet. I'll be calling them again today... as soon as I can get through. It was busy earlier.
I miss Adam already. I got to spend 5 whole days with him. It's sappy, but I loved just holding hands with him whereever we went. Oh well, I chose to move to Tuscaloosa.
