I was really waiting for, "Don't step on the red ones...hooot maagggma... PINEAPPLES!" to show up, but it didn't... Sorry for the obscure 'Rocko' reference. I miss that show.
I open tomorrow at Target - i had to open today too... but the awesome thing is, that at least tomorrow's at guest service - which means my 8 hour shift will go by quickly with the amount of crazy people that come through Target's doors! And today really wasn't so bad, because my shift manager Chris likes me a bit too much and he lets me do whatever the hell I want... I basically wandered the front end today, pushing candy, collecting hangars, stocking the dollar spot, and helping in guest service. I barely cashiered.
I guess thats why I haven't gone crazy from retail yet.
Another decent weekened - I got to see my Cagney! I missed her - I got my christmas present lol, (I saw her at christmas, but she'd grabbed the wrong present bag and then we missed each other) She got me this cute bag that says Australia on it with a koala... scarily enough - she bought it for me last summer and tucked it away for christmas. so she didn't even know i was going there - or even seriously planning on it. she just knew i liked it.... We went out to lunch at Panero - and Theresa came too. Cagney treated us and we all just sat for a few hours talking about everything. Then Theresa and I saw Madagascar and laughed like little kids. Later that night Cagney kidnapped me again, this time with Jackie for dramatic readings from my mothers stash of cheesy romance novels (omg!) and a Blue Fountain run.
Sarah came over tonight and we were at our usual level of retardation, built a fire outside, talked about inappropriate subjects, roasted marshmellows, saw octopus' but no Delawhale in the river, and splashed around. And then she bit my leg....
Yeah. Hhahaha... sigh. :D
I see Avenue Q on Wednesday with Steve!! :D Can't wait!
