I once had a conversation with my uncle (my uncle and i are very open with one another because we're a lot alike and we connect like we're best friends) that if you were in a relationship and you really liked the person, but then had sex with them and it was really bad sex, then the relationship wouldn't last. at the time i was a virgin and protested that sex wasn't all that made up a relationship and something physical shouldn't matter if you have really strong feelings for the person. In a perfect world, what i said would be right.

How important is sex in a relationship?

If the sex is bad, is it possible to sustain a relationship and still be happy together?
