Super Busy, Super Tired But Having A Super Time!

This was a super busy weekend for me. On Thursday Insignia Sentinel, Insignia Sabre & Insignia Recoil and I had to set up for Carabram. That's the international festival in Brampton, Ontario which is close to Toronto. We had to build the bar, the stage and many numerous things like set up tables and unload all the costumes and props for our show at the Hawaiian Pavilion. Insignia Stone, Insignia Jade, Insignia Glaive, Insignia Storm, Insignia Wraith & Insignia Scream came later in the afternoon. Dreamkydd surprised us by coming by and even helping out. Insignia Storm was the Princess of the Hawaiian Pavilion this year at Carabram so that was most excellent! :) Mad respect to you miss!

We left the pavilion at about midnight and Insignia Sentinel, Sabre, Recoil, Dreamkydd and I went over to Burger King. Oh yeah it was Insignia Sabre's Birthday so Happy Birthday to you bro! :)

On Friday I had a gig on the Empire Sandy with Insignia Reign, Insignia Lace, Lanielle and Caitlin. Marie-Eve was awesome because she hung out with me for about 6 hours before my boat cruise gig. She's the bomb! I gave her orchids and helped her do her laundry then we went down to Harbour Front. Just holding her hand makes me feel severely special and very proud! My love for her keeps growing and our love is so much deeper. She always inspires me to be the best at whatever I'm doing.

She left once we boarded the tall ship and that's when the crazy boat cruise adventure began. :P Putting aside all the hollering of, "Take it off baby!", "What are you wearing under that big boy?" and "Wow, I just boarded the boat and now I'm getting Lei'd. Why don't cha come over and dance with me darlin'?", comments, it was actually an okay HPM gig. Good news all around though!!! Insignia Reign is engaged now! Congratulations to you miss!

Marie-Eve came over to my place a little early, which was a great surprise! We left for Fairveiw Mall to meet up with Insignia Sabre, Insignia Reign and Kim for our ride to Carabram. I give made respect to Marie-Eve because she had so much patience to stay for all 6 of our shows and to tell you the truth, I think that those were some of my best performances. If you know that your love is watching you on stage, you'll be at your best! We stayed over at Insignia Wraith's house that night and we watched some Japanese horror movies like Ju-On and Ju-On 2. I think Marie-Eve and I slept around 2:45am. We got up on Sunday morning around 10:00am, showered and had breakfast then we got a left from Ryan to Yorkdale because I had to take Marie-Eve close to her work which started at 2:00pm. 2:00pm was also the first show time for me, so we raced back.

I think all of us were killer tired but we still managed to bust out 4 shows on Sunday. After that we had to tear down everything and take apart the stage and pack up. I was super killer tired. :P We finished unloading the cube van around 2:30am, went for dinner and I arrived at home at 3:20am. After my shower I fell asleep around 4:00am.

This afternoon I had a meeting concerning a very big contract at 2:00pm. I will say for the record that everything went well and I have a very big smile on my face now. :D I have about a 10 more gigs, 4 birthday parties, a wedding and minor costume touch ups before I take off for Baltimore's Otakon. I really can't wait for that! I hope everyone's having a good sumer. Choose your attitude. The outcome will reflect on you severely. Your friends and family will see this but most of all, you will.
