Atfer various leg and arm warm ups and stretches of course I'm so out of shape I struggled on the pusgups and situps my lovely was supportive though hehe I feel great I might have strawberries or even a dmall meal I had two small bowls of special k with strawberries 2% milk..I recently found out why he chose the two percent..he said the doctor wanted me to drink a lot of whole milk to get the lining in my stomach back (years of purging/bulimia before ana appeared) or just random stress purges which my body would enduce being so use to the purging so he was a sweetie and got two percent knowing that I was going to freak and hate the taste of whole..its like drinking fat straight from a cow so I dod good today I think I have had like less than 400 who knows maybe three I might not eat or just have some plain celery no dressing for a snack I'm hopefully picking up a scale. Wish mw luck
