Okay, okay. I see that MIRRORS is getting a bad rap on rottentomatoes. But - still. Last night, I went to theatres to see it and damn, let me tell you, it was good. It kept me on the edge of my seat, loving the blood and gore. And loving the suspenseful moments. The plot, at first, seems confusing. But - it all falls together soon enough. And quite frankly, I love the concept. Just another work of genious from Aja, I say. I loved his other films: "High Tension (LOVE IT. Absolutely wonderful.) & The Hills Have Eyes (So creative, original, and disturbing)"!! So, Mirrors is not one to disappoint. Although, nearing the end of the movie - I began to rant about how the ending looked like it was going to turn out. I was mad. Disappointed. Upset. My friend kept telling me to calm down. Suddenly, the ending changed... Huge twist. Loved it. Although, I saw the original Asian Horror Movie 'Into the Mirror' (Which this movie is based off of). I think they did a great job portraying the american version of the screenplay. So, good on 'em. And Kiefer Sutherland did fantastic as an actor, I admit.
MY VERDICT: Get your butt down to a theatre and watch this movie! Its full of suspense, gore, and twists at every corner! Much better than I anticipated. Seriously.

Guess what? ICON TIME! I'll get to work and create icons for Mirrors... And Jrock. Woo.
