Ugh.

I had a rather unpleasant dream the last time I was asleep. Some old guy was terribly amused by the Hamilton Burger plushie I made in real-life and took it to show some other people. But neither they nor he appreciated it and they treated it roughly. He brought it back to me with most of the hairpieces hanging by several threads. And he was still laughing, not thinking anything was wrong at all. I think it just amused him to no end that I love Hamilton. I was angry and told him how much the plushie meant to me and how hard I'd worked on it, and how long it would take me to repair the damage. And I slapped him.

I slap creeps a lot in my dreams, maybe because that's what I'd like to do to certain creeps in real-life and I hope I'd have the courage to do it if I meet any of them face-to-face.

I still need to develop pictures of my Hamilton plushie. Maybe the dream was partially an expression of my fears that when I do get the pictures developed and posted, people will laugh and not appreciate the plush. (And partially an expression of frustration over Hamilton fans being in the minority and me sometimes feeling like I'm looked down on for it.)

Fear over what people will think of the plushie is not the reason why I haven't developed the film, though. It's simply because of the rising cost of developing film. Ugh. It's hard to think of parting with money to pay for that when there's so many other things it could be used for (like DVDs).

This week, for instance, I totally must be able to buy at least a couple of the Perry DVD sets that Amazon has on sale. They're hardly ever such wonderful prices as $10.99 per set!
