Yesterday night I finished on 29,999 words on my spn_j2_bigbang . My goal was 30k but I think that one word can be forgiven ;)
I have 2 or 3 more scenes until the end of the first arc (which can also be called an overgrown prologue, really :P) and then I got 2 more arcs to go. If I let this baby play out fully, it'll be a damn monster! xD Oh, the fun of it *shakes head*.
I won't be doing a word-meter this time because I am lost at what my estimated complete word count is... I used to say 50-150. Now It's more like 70-150... I'd guess 100 or so. Dunno, but that is SCARY long. Haven't gotten 60k yet and here I am writing on this huuuuuge thing *headdesk*
Any advice from the prolific authors on my f-list? How do you do it? How do you write 100k or more without loosing interest or getting stuck?
