General Summary: This is about the story of 10 different individuals and their experiences and struggles inside the quarters of St. Alaudrc Academy.
Sub-Summary: Hikaru first saw Keito in an auction hall where the human was being sold. Since he is someone who loves human, he came to the rescue but Keito insisted on becoming a slave to a rich man. They met again in the academy where Keito became the second human student. Their second encounter didn't turned out right when suddenly the Hikaru's split personality showed... the sadist Tori. But Keito was not surprised to see this side of him. He acted like he knew someone like that existed inside that body but why? Did this two have connections in the past?

It was surreal, a moment that stops the hand of the clock from moving, freezing that minute where their eyes met each other. One is at the stage, bounded by chains in both hands, feet and he have this distinguish collar around his neck restricting his movements. The other one is at the other end together with other people who was preoccupied by the auction going on. They were in different corner but they seems connected by an invisible chain.
"This is a human with fresh flesh and blood." the announcer said. "A young good looking, a really fit individual who is really perfect for anyone who wanted a slave on their sleeves or probably a toy you can used for your own pleasure. " he continued and the crowd reacted lively, something the announcer wanted to achieve. It seems like everyone is already interested with the item and now the expected to the most sellable item that night is open for bargaining. "The betting will start at 500 gold coins… now… the auction begins!!!"
Hikaru was loss for words. It's not something he was expecting to see that night. It was his first time in an black market auction house though he heard about it before, but still he can't believe that they really bet on real human creature. According to what he heard, Black Gate is an auction house that sells notorious and rare items but what they are famous is the fact that human is involve. It was the only auction house in the Nero that were authorized to do such things but only humans with criminal records that cause trouble in the human world where sold on it. Vampires loves the place because they can buy humans that they can use as their food and that night Hikaru was invited to go there by his friends.
At first, Hikaru really didn't want to go. He rather stay in the dormitory than go outside and participate in such stuffs but when he heard to one of his friend that a human item was on the list for the night, he became curious and decided to come. All types of vampires were there, rich, influential and even the lowest were there to participate but of course auction is always an advantage for those who have money they can afford to spend. Hikaru failed to have that item that he wanted and so he was so disappointed because he doesn't have that much money.
He asked his friend that they should go but the exact time they were about to open the door to exit, the announcement of the human auction was announced. It caught Hikaru's attention and he was not able to leave. As the curtain rise and reveal the who will be the auction, everyone was dumbfounded. Usually that certain individual always look vicious, intimidating and have an overflowing aura of either fear or the intention to kill someone. But this time it was different… very different.
The half naked guy, whose hand and feet where both bounded by chains and a collar emphasizing that he was going to be a slave of someone, was calm and have a tranquil atmosphere flowing all over him like he was not worried of the possible danger his life was waiting. He just staring at everyone who was glaring at him, possible wondering what was really going on. But those two orbs with no trace of fear caught Hikaru's attention like it was calling him.
The locking of stare didn't cut in an instant. Hikaru was still looking at him while the other one was also doing the same. He knew that his friend was asking where he was planning to go but Hikaru ignore and just continue to move closer and closer to the stage. He was wondering why he feels like he was attracted to him, like he knew him already but not as well.
Hikaru comes back to his senses when one of the bouncer suddenly showed in front of him and prevent him from going nearer. "If you are interested with the human then you should bet." he told him.
He went back to where his friends were standing and he wonder what he just did. Why did he approach the stage? What is his intention on going nearer to him? Why does he feel something indifferent inside of him? Why does he feel like he saw him before?
"Hey, what are you doing? Are you drawn by your bloodlust?" one of his friend asked him. "I know that feeling… I wanted to have a taste of a human blood too."
"Yeah but ordinary vampires like us can't afford to have one. Even this is the vampire world, wealth is still a big thing." another said. "But don't you think this human is different compare to others. He looks decent and for sure… he will sell well in the hands of those pervert old man."
Hikaru loves human and he doesn't like the fact that they were treated lowly by the vampires though he can understand that it's nature already. For vampires, humans are only considered as their food, beverage, something to satisfy their thirst and craving. But still he always hope that humans and vampires could live a world peacefully together. He was still hoping that in the future, vampires can interact with humans normally.
"Is there anyone else who wanted to have a bet?" the announcer asked but no one replied and that means the cut of the auction for the human. "Alright… this human belongs to Mr. Caphozere, winning the auction with 5000 gold coins."
Everyone clap their hands.
The auction finished with a successful game. Everyone were satisfied with what they won and watched. Hikaru and his friends also decided to leave. While walking in the corridor, he have a look of Mr. Caphozere and the organizer exchanging money to the human. He knew the man since he is one of the major stakeholders of the orphanage where he was raised. He knew that he was a good man and someone who is easily approach.
Hikaru believed that someday human and vampires can see each other in a different way but in order for it to happen, someone need to start it. If no one will make the first step then no one will follow and because of that he decided to be the one to make the first move.
"Mr. Caphozere." Hikaru called his attention. "Can I talk to you?"
"Oh… Hikaru. It's been a while since I saw you. I heard you are busy at St. Alaudrc." the rich man said. "It's nice seeing you again and I'm happy that you are doing good."
"Me too, I'm glad to see you again but… Mr. Caphozere there is… there is something else why I wanted to talk to you." Hikaru said while looking at the human at the back who was glaring at him. "Wh...what are you planning to do with the human that you bought?" he asked directly.
"Let's see… what do you think is the reason why vampires wanted human?" Mr. Caphozere asked but Hikaru remained in silence since he knew the answer but still he wanted to do something to save the human. 'Are you planning to propose something? Do you want to have a taste of him too?"
"I… it's not like that." Hikaru responded immediately. "It's just… please let the human go. I… I mean…"
"You're fate towards human is still so strong, aren't you? You still consider them as someone with the same level as us."
"That… will not change sir. I am here to say that… you should not kill the human."
"You know I spend a lot of money on him. I don't think I can easily let him go." he said and then he sighed. "But the reason why I bought him is the fact that I saw you a while back looking at him so seriously. It seems like you are so interested to him."
"Because he is a human."
"Fine… I will let him go." Mr. Caphozere said.
"Really?" Hikaru asked delightfully.
"I will not agree with that." a voice interrupted and the two vampires look at the human who was just standing at the corner all this time and just listening to their conversation. His voice is soft but manly and kind. "Please used me… I don't care what you wanted to do to me just… let me stay here."
"Wh...what are you saying?" Hikaru asked back. "You can't asked a vampire to used you whatever they want. Why are you throwing your life here?"
"Because I don't have a place I can go anymore." He answered. "If I can be of used here then it's fine with me. I can see your care about human but give it to someone else. I want to stay… please Mr. Caphozere do whatever you wanted with me. I will obey you as you are now my master."
"You're weird." Hikaru told him. "Mostly humans were going crazy about the fact that they were in a hands of a vampire but why are you so calm about it? also… even you were now given the opportunity to be free you insisted of staying. I'm already helping you here so at least…"
"I didn't asked for your help." he replied while he look away from Hikaru and turned back to his master. "I am your slave, you can use me whatever you want."
Hikaru grabbed the guy on his arms "Hey…" he uttered.
"Wait… the two of you don't fight." Mr. Caphozere said. "Hikaru, I can understand your concern but you know me right? I am fond of human too and I look at them the same way as you did though of course if the human volunteer himself to be a food to me then I will not disagree. I am a vampire and human blood is a drug to us. If this young man wanted to stay then I will let him but I will consider your point as well. He can serve me as a servant."
"I will gratefully accept that." the human answered immediately. Hikaru didn't have a chance to argue back because the human who he was helping accepted the offer already and since he knew Mr. Caphozere for a long time already and he trust him he knew that he was in good hands. That was the last time he saw that human, though he was interested to know his situation he can't just go and leave the school with just a petty reason.

"Hikaru faster, we need to pass the requirements before the office close." one of Hikaru's classmate said. "This is your fault for copying so slow, besides why didn't you did your assignment in the first place? You play video games the whole night?" he continue to nagged.
"But that human invention is so great… if you start playing it you will get addicted to." Hikaru pointed out.
"I don't care about human stuffs...anyway let's run. We can't afford to be late." his friend said. Hikaru also run as fast as he can but in one of the alley he noticed someone familiar sitting down in the corner. He stop and look closer and he was sure who he is. He stepped inside the alley without saying a thing to his friend. "Hey… wh...what are you doing here?" Hikaru asked. "A...aren't you…"
The guy sitting on the floor glare at him and then he stand up. The two have an eye to eye contact with each other and like the first time something like that happened Hikaru felt something inside of him again. Why does those eyes seems pointing something to him. Why does it feel like he saw them before?
"You're a… student here too?" he asked. Hikaru heard what the guy asked but for some reason his ability to reply back was not functioning at all. He was just staring at him this whole time until he felt something switch on inside of him.
"Hikaru… Hikaru." someone was calling. It was Hikaru's classmate who started looking for him when he suddenly vanished from his back. He saw Hikaru standing in front of a guy who he was strangling. He immediately interrupted and push Hkaru away. "Wh...what are you doing? Are you trying to kill him?"
"Tsk… that hurts you asshole." Hikaru said as he brush up his hair. "I am not trying to kill him… I really want to kill him." he said directly as he smirked.
"Eh?" his friend muttered then he look at the human guy who was touching his neck. "Hey… what did you do to Hikaru?" he asked. "Why did…. Why did this guy show up?"
"I don't know… he just suddenly loss consciousness and then when he woke up… he did that to me." he answered. "What's wrong with him anyway… he is not that guy that I just talk to a while back… does he have a split personality?"
"This guy is not Hikaru… he is Tori… the sadist side of him. This is… this is unusual. I am sure he drink his medicine just a moment ago so...why? Why did he… showed?" Hikaru's friend said as he start to step backward. "You better run… if Hikaru is really a gentle one then this guy is the opposite… he doesn't care at anyone at all. He loves hurting anyone… he takes pleasure in other's pain." he explained and before he was about to finished he already run away. That time no one was around and it's only Hikaru and the human who was there.
"Geez… lies… who said I am the sadist side? I am the true Hikaru… I am this body's true master." Hikaru said .
"I know…" the human said. "This side of you is the real you… ne Hikaru… can't you remember the name Keito Okamoto? Can't you remember… who I am?"
