SUMMARY: "To forget about your first love you should find a new love.". Kei is suffering from a great heart break coz his first love, the guy he fell head over heels will going to marry. In order to forget about his old failed romance he needs to find another love but what will he do if there are more than one that comes to his life?

Chapter 5
"Inoo-san, are you listening to me? Inoo-san?" one of Kei's subordinate in the office asked him. That time they are discussing about a project proposal which is done with the collaboration of the finance department. Kei is the one who represent the marketing department while Suzy is the one representing the finance department.
"I...I'm sorry. " Kei answered when he now back to reality and he noticed that Suzy is looking at him with a questioned on her face.
"Seems like you are not in focus today Inoo-san, should I repeat everything again?" Suzy asked him and Kei nodded coz he is not paying attention to her all this time.
Is it a dream or not? Am I too drunk that i can't recall if it is real or i am in the middle of my dreamland? What is wrong with my mind?
I am not sure what happened, i can't remember if it is real or just a play of mind. But this morning turns out to be normal, that brat didn't say a thing as he just eat his breakfast alone. I immediately went out of the apartment when he is about to talk to me. If it is real i didn't know what to say to him and so i just escape and run away. But... Why will he kiss me? I mean why will he do that? My memory is too blurry to recall what happened. If....if it is really a kiss th...then why?
"I'm sorry about my actions a while back. I didn't mean to do that actually."
Suzy smiled kindly to him. "It's alright i can understand that there are things you can't help to bring inside a work field. By the way Inoo-san you're going to play the piano on our boss's wedding right? I am looking forward to hear you do it. This will be my first time to see you with that image. Oh by the way Sayaka asked me to sing a song for the wedding, do you want us to collaborate for a good performance?"
"You know Sayaka? Yuya's fiancé?"
"Of course she is my best friend." Suzy answered. "We are really close to each other."
But i am not really that good so don't expect too much." Kei said humbly.
"I know you can do it. So it's a deal? I will tell you what song i will going to sing so that you can practice on playing it. Alright see you later."Suzy cheer him up and then after that they went back to their own office. Kutou approach Kei and then asked what happened and Kei answered that it turns out well.
"Inoo-san, I think Miss Suzy like you. She always look at you with those sparkling eyes." Kutou told him.
"What are you talking about manager. We are just workmates and friends, there is nothing more about that."
"Eh? Are you not feeling anything whenever you are with her? She is one of the most beautiful girl in this building. She is nice and sexy as well. If you have her it's like you win a jackpot."
"Stop saying nonsense things Kotou-san besides i don't think Miss Suzy is thinking that way. With her looks its impossible that she has no boyfriend at all."

When his boss already leave the room Kei sit down to his swivel chair and then open his laptop. But when he is about to type something on his word program he stop and then he slam his head to his office table and think for a while.
I wonder what if i am just an ordinary guy. What if i am not someone who is attracted to guys and just ordinarily fall in love with a girl like what the norms is. Maybe i am not suffering like this. Yes, it is possible. There are lots of people saying that i am not ugly at all and they admire how i look like. There are lot of people being envious and insecure and for sure many girls will look after me. Looking at it i am not actually studying my surroundings. I didn't care at all at other's opinion about myself. I just always thought of what is best for me and doesn't care about others. Like Yuya when we are in high school and college there are also girls who confess to me but i rejected them all that is because i love Yuya so much. When i wanted to have experience about dating i tried to accept one confession but it doesn't turn out right. That's where i realized i am not really good with woman.
After work, Kei went straight to his apartment but before he did he went to a grocery store and buy some stuffs. He thought that maybe the fridge doesn't have anything on it anymore but thinking about it, Yuto is there to do the grocery. He always eat breakfast every morning and cook dinner every night, is he doing the grocery? But where did he get the money?
"I'm back." Kei uttered as he open the door and take off his shoes and put it on the stand. He didn't received a response and so he thought that Yuto is not yet around but he thinks that it is better since he is still thinking about that kiss yesterday. He went to the kitchen and confirmed if he is right and it is affirmative. Yuto is the one doing the grocery since the fridge is full.
"Kei-nii, tadaima." Yuto said when he saw Kei in the kitchen and looking at the fridge.
"Yutti where did you get the money to..." Kei cut his words coz he is shocked when he saw Yuto half naked and with just a towel covering his lower part. Yuto just went out of the bathroom ad he really smells good. "Y....you change first." he ordered without continue what he is supposed to asked.
"Eh... Am i too sexy for you to take?" Yuto teased him.
"Shut up! Just do what i say. How can you act as if this is your home huh? This is not an orphanage, you are not living alone here so you should know what other is feeling." Kei explained.
Besides this is my apartment and i am the rule. What the hell are you doing? You don't know how sensitive i am seeing guy naked. Are you seducing me, you brat?
Yuto went straight to his room to change clothes while Kei sit down on the couch and then open the television.
Yuto is the same so maybe... It's just a dream. Why am i so bothered by it? It's just a dream Kei-chan, a dream is not real. There is no way Yutti can kiss me, if he did then why? Ahhh.... Don't bother yourself thinking too much. It is a dream... Yeah that's settles it.
"It is a dream." Kei whispered.
"It's not." Yuto answered him back. He just went out of his room and heard Kei whispering it. Kei look back at him and now he is wearing a shirt and short while wiping his hair with a towel. He sit down besides Kei on the couch while the older one is following him with his sights. "If you are talking about the kiss then it is not a dream. I really kiss you, lips to lips."
Kei blush, how can Yuto said those words so bluntly and straight to his face. Is he not feeling shame at all?
"Huh? Wh...why?"
"Why you asked?" Yuto stare at Kei with his hair still dripping wet. They are sitting both in the couch, just a few inches away from each other and Kei feels that his heart is starting to beat faster than normal. He is nervous of how will Yuto answer that but before he say a thing, the younger one heard Kei's growling stomach and then he laugh when he heard it and Kei feels more embarrassed. What's with the timing? "Kei-nii loves ruining a moment, ne... Fine i will prepare dinner first then i will tell you the reason later."
"I forget to eat lunch because of my work loads, sorry for being an embarrassing adult." he hissed as he hug the throw pillow lying on the couch. Kei watch as Yuto prepare the food that he cooked in the table. That is when he realizes that it is not bad having someone with you inside a house and help you in everything. Yuto is very reliable since he knows how to cook and compare to other guys he is cleaner and he knows how to read atmosphere though there are really times he is pissed off because he loves teasing him and he speak too directly and he didn't know how to handle such kind of people.
If Yuto is not around then maybe he is eating outside like he used to do. He knows how to cook, his mother taught him to do it but of course because of tiredness he doesn't want to make an effort anymore just to fill his stomach. Sometimes he is late going home and so there is no restaurant open and he just rely on the food in the convenience store.
When all are settled down, Kei and Yuto sit down in the dining table and start eating. Yuto did an omelette for dinner plus miso soup and some other side dishes. "This is good."
"But the way you cook is better than mine."
"E...Eh? You tasted my cook already?" Kei asked him.
"Are you enjoying having a selective memory? Forgetting things that doesn't concerns you at all?" Yuto asked him back. "You cooked food for me when you work in the orphanage, can't you remember?"
"Di...did i?" Kei asked as he try to squeeze his mind just to remember it. "Sorry, it's been 11 years and so many things happened since then and for some reason i can't remember that much about the past. Maybe i am so work up in the present that i tend to forget about those things happened before."
"No... It's not like that." Yuto answered him. "Your mind is set that your world just revolve around Yuya-san and that's the reason you think that nothing exist in your surroundings but only that guy. Your memory just remember those things and times that you are together and the others are blurry that you can't remember them anymore. Your supposed to be a big world turns smaller when you fall in love with him."
Kei put down his glass and then stare at Yuto and then his face turns red. "H...how did you know?"
"Isn't it obvious?"
Kei blink his eyes, he didn't know that his actions are obvious enough for other people to know about it. "Th....this is embarrassing."
"Not at all, there is nothing wrong in falling in love. Besides it is not obvious enough to be discovered by other people. Maybe i am just too close to you that i was able to detect it. Yuya-san, of course didn't know about it since he is the densest individual that i know."
Is he? I wonder... but maybe he is. If he is not then he should have already a clue of how much i am dying right now. Yuya is too dense to know my feelings for him but still i am there continue to fall in love with him when his heart is falling in love with other.
"Kei-nii, i heard in the news that there will be a meteor shower today. Wanna watch it together? The position of this balcony is in perfect angle and so we can see the sky clearly." Yuto put the dishes in the washing area and Kei clean the table by wiping it by a soft cloth. "But that if you are not busy."
"No... I finished everything in the office so i have no pending works to do. Alright i can see it... It's been a long time since i see one." he answered.
After washing the dishes and Kei taking a bath and wear his pajamas, Yuto and him went to the balcony where they waited for the meteor shower to arrive. Yuto prepare some cold drinks and some snacks that they can eat while they are waiting for it. Kei get some of his in can beers and then take a sip on it. "Is beer really good?" Can i try one?" Yuto asked and when he will going to take one of the can, Kei slap his hand away. "It's just a beer."
"Yeah it's just a beer but you are didn't reach your coming of age right? You can't still drink. Wait till you next year and then you can drink together with me." Kei told him.
"That's lame. I am already out of the orphanage but why do i still need to restrict myself doing things that I wanted." Yuto whispered. "I never thought that you can be a drinker like this. Not so cute for you." he continued and then he open one of his in can softdrink and drink. "When i first arrived in the city i am expecting that you could be someone who is not like this."
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"Do you want to know how i see you when you are just 15 years old?" Yuto asked him directly. "You are a clumsy, girly type who is insanely in love with his best friend but stupid enough to confess. In short... I hate you."
Damn, what the hell is he talking about?
"You live in a warm sheltered house, with your family loving you so much. Of course as you stand in that orphanage with children who is abandoned by their parents and by their relatives you are someone who must not live." Yuto continued with his voice so serious. "But of course those foolish children doesn't know about that, they are captivated by how nice you are and Aoi and was blinded by that truth swirling around. Remembering that time, you are just a fool who can easily intimidated."
"Stop... I don't want to hear anymore about your opinion about me." Kei told him. "How can you talk to me like this? I am older than you, can't you remember?"
"Age is just a number, it doesn't count in this kind of situation. Compare to me, i am more mature than you."
"By the way, what happened to the orphanage now? Is mother superior fine? How about the other children?"
"Sam and Adeline get married and now they have their first born child." Yuto answered.
They are the oldest that time right? Well i guess that they could be a great couple.
"We are 20 children that time right? Now only 13 are left in our batch, like me the others also leave that place and settle down their life. In the process there are new children who came and living in the orphanage. In total there are 32 children right now in that place. That place suffers a tragic situation last year, it reach bankruptcy and there is not enough fund to feed the children. Sponsors didn't want to give anything anymore and so the older member which includes me need to work for the sake of our home but still it is not enough but gladly Aoi came and said that she will sponsor the orphanage and will deliver a monthly supply of food. We are really grateful to your mother and so... We have a really big debt towards here."
Yeah... I somewhat remember that. Last year my father and brother are surprised when mom suddenly withdraw a six zero digit amount of money in the family's bank account. She didn't told us where she is going to used that money and so we became suspicious about here. We asked what she did about it and then she said that she spend everything and we are so shocked. My father even got mad at her but when he heard where that money go we feel a little relief.
Since me and my brother both have our own employment and our businesses are doing well we have lots of money to spare. My mother quit entertainment but still she is receiving insurance and she created her own business of perfume which is doing well too. With the money that we have my parents decided to spend the money by sponsoring some orphanage and giving scholarship to help the people who in return is supporting the product of our company.
"I am glad to hear that. I want to visit the orphanage that time when mom asked me to but the timing sucks. I have my interview that time in my new work field so i didn't have a chance to tag along and now i am too busy that i didn't have time to go."
"Did you know that everyone still believe that you have a twin sister."
"Really? M...mom is not fixing that yet?"
"Yeah, she said that its fine. With that she can visualize that she have a 2D daughter in others memory. Your mother is really something..."
"Yeah we used to it already, My dad told her that if she really likes to have a daughter then they can adopt but mom refused. She said that she wanted to be the only woman in the family and said that she have me already so its fine."

"Can you remember that time that i apologized to you when you are in the hospital? After uncle almost killed you and me? Didn't i cried that time? Remembering it is embarrassing but then... You stole my first kiss."

"You kiss me and then told me something 'when you want to stop someone from crying then just kiss them to their lips. Isn't it effective?' you said which is true since i am so shocked that time that i stopped from crying. Yesterday, i am outside to buy something in the convenience store and then i saw you walking wavely and i get it already that you are drunk. When you almost fell down i grab on you and saw that you are crying and so i kissed you and then... You stopped."

"Kei-nii, sometimes i doubt if you are really stupid or just pretending to be one. But maybe you are. How come you forget the day you held your first kiss huh?" Yuto asked him directly and that strikes Kei to his heart and to his mind.

Oh yeah... I think about it so many times. I tried to remember when did i have my first kiss. I tried to go deeper in my mind but i really can't remember it at all and then this time came and then i realize when, where and who i did it. S...so this brat sitting besides me is the one? "They are here... The meteor shower are here." Yuto uttered as he look at the sky. Kei look at the sky as well and he saw those falling meteors from the sky. The night sky is so beautiful, the stars are twinkling and it seems like it's forever since he last saw it. While looking at it, he stare back at Yuto who is seriously looking at the sky. He tried to recall it and then... He finally remembers it. That moment that he did his first kiss.
Flashback:
Yuto knock on the door after Kaito and Yuya leave. Kei said that the door is opened and then he saw Yuto entered the room with a clench to used for him to walk. The wound on his right sole is too hurt for him to walk normally.
"Yutti, you should stay in your room right? Is it fine for you to hang around." Kei told him.
"Of course not but... Still my words can't wait." Yuto answered. "I...I'm sorry." he continued while his head is down and looking at the floor. Kei asked Yuto to come closer to him which he did and then he said sorry again repeatedly which make Kei realize how sincere his word is. Honestly that time he is terrified as well, he doesn't want to die too but if he let go of Yuto's hand then that makes him feel worst. He doesn't want someone to die in front of him and that makes him realize how Yuto suffered that time that his parents is killed in front of him. In that 10 years old body, his mind and heart is already done so much. "I'm sorry Kei-nii... i...i am really sorry."
"Raise your head." Kei ordered him but Yuto didn't want it first. "I want to see your face." he continued and then Yuto wipe the tears away from his eyes and slowly lift his head up and then that time, without any warning Kei kiss Yuto's lips and after that he broke it and smiled. Yuto feels like his world stop rotating around. "When you want to stop someone from crying then just kiss them to their lips. Isn't it effective?"
"What's with that perverted type of making someone stop crying?" Yuto asked him and that make Kei realized his own mistake. He just read it in a book and in some mangas and for some reason his natural reflex did it. "You are calling me pervert but you are actually the one. How come you steal my first kiss huh?"
"Fi...first kiss?" Kei asked and then as he analyzed more he remembered that it is also his first kiss. "You brat... I am not pervert... Th...that's my first kiss too. What the hell i am doing? Why did i do that? Stupid Kei... Stupid me."
"I...I'm going back to my room. I think i am not safe if i stay here longer."
"H...hoy... I am not what you think i am. I...it's true that i am attracted to guys and then... I am fantasizing over them... No... No what the hell i am talking about." Kei stammered. "Like i said i am not a pervert."
"Ahh.. You said it yourself right? I'm going Kei-nii... Just take care of yourself."

Kei blink his eyes, he didn't know that his actions are obvious enough for other people to know about it. "Th....this is embarrassing."
"Not at all, there is nothing wrong in falling in love. Besides it is not obvious enough to be discovered by other people. Maybe i am just too close to you that i was able to detect it. Yuya-san, of course didn't know about it since he is the densest individual that i know."
Is he? I wonder... but maybe he is. If he is not then he should have already a clue of how much i am dying right now. Yuya is too dense to know my feelings for him but still i am there continue to fall in love with him when his heart is falling in love with other.
"Kei-nii, i heard in the news that there will be a meteor shower today. Wanna watch it together? The position of this balcony is in perfect angle and so we can see the sky clearly." Yuto put the dishes in the washing area and Kei clean the table by wiping it by a soft cloth. "But that if you are not busy."
"No... I finished everything in the office so i have no pending works to do. Alright i can see it... It's been a long time since i see one." he answered.
After washing the dishes and Kei taking a bath and wear his pajamas, Yuto and him went to the balcony where they waited for the meteor shower to arrive. Yuto prepare some cold drinks and some snacks that they can eat while they are waiting for it. Kei get some of his in can beers and then take a sip on it. "Is beer really good?" Can i try one?" Yuto asked and when he will going to take one of the can, Kei slap his hand away. "It's just a beer."
"Yeah it's just a beer but you are didn't reach your coming of age right? You can't still drink. Wait till you next year and then you can drink together with me." Kei told him.
"That's lame. I am already out of the orphanage but why do i still need to restrict myself doing things that I wanted." Yuto whispered. "I never thought that you can be a drinker like this. Not so cute for you." he continued and then he open one of his in can softdrink and drink. "When i first arrived in the city i am expecting that you could be someone who is not like this."
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"Do you want to know how i see you when you are just 15 years old?" Yuto asked him directly. "You are a clumsy, girly type who is insanely in love with his best friend but stupid enough to confess. In short... I hate you."
Damn, what the hell is he talking about?
"You live in a warm sheltered house, with your family loving you so much. Of course as you stand in that orphanage with children who is abandoned by their parents and by their relatives you are someone who must not live." Yuto continued with his voice so serious. "But of course those foolish children doesn't know about that, they are captivated by how nice you are and Aoi and was blinded by that truth swirling around. Remembering that time, you are just a fool who can easily intimidated."
"Stop... I don't want to hear anymore about your opinion about me." Kei told him. "How can you talk to me like this? I am older than you, can't you remember?"
"Age is just a number, it doesn't count in this kind of situation. Compare to me, i am more mature than you."
"By the way, what happened to the orphanage now? Is mother superior fine? How about the other children?"
"Sam and Adeline get married and now they have their first born child." Yuto answered.
They are the oldest that time right? Well i guess that they could be a great couple.
"We are 20 children that time right? Now only 13 are left in our batch, like me the others also leave that place and settle down their life. In the process there are new children who came and living in the orphanage. In total there are 32 children right now in that place. That place suffers a tragic situation last year, it reach bankruptcy and there is not enough fund to feed the children. Sponsors didn't want to give anything anymore and so the older member which includes me need to work for the sake of our home but still it is not enough but gladly Aoi came and said that she will sponsor the orphanage and will deliver a monthly supply of food. We are really grateful to your mother and so... We have a really big debt towards here."
Yeah... I somewhat remember that. Last year my father and brother are surprised when mom suddenly withdraw a six zero digit amount of money in the family's bank account. She didn't told us where she is going to used that money and so we became suspicious about here. We asked what she did about it and then she said that she spend everything and we are so shocked. My father even got mad at her but when he heard where that money go we feel a little relief.
Since me and my brother both have our own employment and our businesses are doing well we have lots of money to spare. My mother quit entertainment but still she is receiving insurance and she created her own business of perfume which is doing well too. With the money that we have my parents decided to spend the money by sponsoring some orphanage and giving scholarship to help the people who in return is supporting the product of our company.
"I am glad to hear that. I want to visit the orphanage that time when mom asked me to but the timing sucks. I have my interview that time in my new work field so i didn't have a chance to tag along and now i am too busy that i didn't have time to go."
"Did you know that everyone still believe that you have a twin sister."
"Really? M...mom is not fixing that yet?"
"Yeah, she said that its fine. With that she can visualize that she have a 2D daughter in others memory. Your mother is really something..."
"Yeah we used to it already, My dad told her that if she really likes to have a daughter then they can adopt but mom refused. She said that she wanted to be the only woman in the family and said that she have me already so its fine."
Yuto laugh and when Kei heard that for some reason he feels that his heart skip a beat.
He laugh... For the first time he laugh so... naturally.
"Kei-nii, it's your fault why i kiss you that time." Yuto instantly open the topic about the kiss. Kei almost forget about it and so he is surprised to heard that again.
"Huh?"
"Can you remember that time that i apologized to you when you are in the hospital? After uncle almost killed you and me? Didn't i cried that time? Remembering it is embarrassing but then... You stole my first kiss."
"Eh?"
"You kiss me and then told me something 'when you want to stop someone from crying then just kiss them to their lips. Isn't it effective?' you said which is true since i am so shocked that time that i stopped from crying. Yesterday, i am outside to buy something in the convenience store and then i saw you walking wavely and i get it already that you are drunk. When you almost fell down i grab on you and saw that you are crying and so i kissed you and then... You stopped."
"I...i did say that?"
"Kei-nii, sometimes i doubt if you are really stupid or just pretending to be one. But maybe you are. How come you forget the day you held your first kiss huh?" Yuto asked him directly and that strikes Kei to his heart and to his mind.
"F....first kiss?"
Oh yeah... I think about it so many times. I tried to remember when did i have my first kiss. I tried to go deeper in my mind but i really can't remember it at all and then this time came and then i realize when, where and who i did it. S...so this brat sitting besides me is the one? H...he is my first kiss... Yutti is my first kiss?!
"They are here... The meteor shower are here." Yuto uttered as he look at the sky. Kei look at the sky as well and he saw those falling meteors from the sky. The night sky is so beautiful, the stars are twinkling and it seems like it's forever since he last saw it. While looking at it, he stare back at Yuto who is seriously looking at the sky. He tried to recall it and then... He finally remembers it. That moment that he did his first kiss.
Flashback:
Yuto knock on the door after Kaito and Yuya leave. Kei said that the door is opened and then he saw Yuto entered the room with a clench to used for him to walk. The wound on his right sole is too hurt for him to walk normally.
"Yutti, you should stay in your room right? Is it fine for you to hang around." Kei told him.
"Of course not but... Still my words can't wait." Yuto answered. "I...I'm sorry." he continued while his head is down and looking at the floor. Kei asked Yuto to come closer to him which he did and then he said sorry again repeatedly which make Kei realize how sincere his word is. Honestly that time he is terrified as well, he doesn't want to die too but if he let go of Yuto's hand then that makes him feel worst. He doesn't want someone to die in front of him and that makes him realize how Yuto suffered that time that his parents is killed in front of him. In that 10 years old body, his mind and heart is already done so much. "I'm sorry Kei-nii... i...i am really sorry."
"Raise your head." Kei ordered him but Yuto didn't want it first. "I want to see your face." he continued and then Yuto wipe the tears away from his eyes and slowly lift his head up and then that time, without any warning Kei kiss Yuto's lips and after that he broke it and smiled. Yuto feels like his world stop rotating around. "When you want to stop someone from crying then just kiss them to their lips. Isn't it effective?"
"What's with that perverted type of making someone stop crying?" Yuto asked him and that make Kei realized his own mistake. He just read it in a book and in some mangas and for some reason his natural reflex did it. "You are calling me pervert but you are actually the one. How come you steal my first kiss huh?"
"Fi...first kiss?" Kei asked and then as he analyzed more he remembered that it is also his first kiss. "You brat... I am not pervert... Th...that's my first kiss too. What the hell i am doing? Why did i do that? Stupid Kei... Stupid me."
"I...I'm going back to my room. I think i am not safe if i stay here longer."
"H...hoy... I am not what you think i am. I...it's true that i am attracted to guys and then... I am fantasizing over them... No... No what the hell i am talking about." Kei stammered. "Like i said i am not a pervert."
"Ahh.. You said it yourself right? I'm going Kei-nii... Just take care of yourself."
"Like i said... Yutti... Wait."
"What?"
"It's not sorry right... It should be thank you." Kei seriously told him and then he smiled. "I am happy that we are both alive."
