i think i've listened to this song about a million times now:

I don't have a lot of material to post, picture-wise, so here's a bunch of product reviews since i haven't done them in a while.

Smashbox O-Gloss - $22
I have become obsessed with this--I can't leave the house without it anymore. It's a clear gloss that turns "your own personal" shade of pink. It's a plausible argument.. on my mom it turns a dusty, muted rose, on my friend it's a sheer red, but on me it's a perfect scandalous non-gaudy hot pink. Sometimes I won't wear any makeup, but I'll make sure I'm wearing this. It's also probably the smoothest gloss I've ever tried, and it feels amazing on. You must try.

Juice Beauty Oil-Free Moisturizer - $28
My mom bought this for me along with another one of her huge hauls from SkinStore.com after I'd mentioned my need for a new moisturizer, and I LOVE it. It's very soothing and silky, and is packed with a cornucopia of benefits: DMAE, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Coenzyme Q10, and even Vitamin C Ascorbyl Palmitate. The only downside would be that it smells kind of pepper-y, but I'm getting used to it.

Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil ("Balancing" formula) - $28-62
I got introduced to this by a fellow Sephora girl, and at first I thought it was an awful idea--rubbing mineral oil all over my face sounded like a surefire way to achieve pizza face status. But she insisted that it was highly-filtered and purified until it could achieve a state of water solubility. I was at South Coast one day and ended up visiting the Shu Uemura boutique and leaving with several (adorable) vials of the oil. I LOVE IT. What I love most about it is that it removes ALL makeup (including waterproof) and rinses off completely clean. I've used it for about 2 weeks straight, and saw no sign of a breakout.

Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser - $32
I know I've reviewed this before, but I just recently got myself a full-size bottle and holy shit. It is seriously the most amazing smelling thing in the world--it makes me never want to stop washing my face. It smells like a mix of orange, grapefruit, red Starbursts, and those 24 oz. cans of Arizona Mucho Mango. Delicious.

Sephora Brand Body Lotion - $12
loveitloveitloveitloveitloveitloveitloveitloveit. Extremely lightweight and non-greasy, but incredibly moisturizing. It is THE perfect body lotion.

Jane Be Pure Mineral Gel Eyeliner - $6
I picked this up randomly on a random trip to Walgreens one day after I decided to ditch American Studies. I've been looking to invest in a good gel eyeliner and was looking at Stila's Smudgepot, Smashbox's Jetset, Mac's Fluidline, etc., but this was too cheap to resist. Great thing is that it works pretty much EXACTLY the same as the aforementioned formulas. It's easy to apply, very potent and dark, and extremely waterproof.

Coastal Scents 100% Silica Powder - $4 (1oz)
If you've ever shelled out $30 for Make Up For Ever's HD powder, you're a fucking idiot. The stuff is sold for $30 for .35 oz, and for 1/21 of the price, you can get the EXACT same thing at CS. It is the silkiest, most weirdly amazing texture you'll ever experience.. it's actually kinda slippery on the skin. In reality, it's white not pink, and it goes on the skin crystal clear so any skintone can wear it. Keeps your complexion shine-free all day and just makes your skin look so soft and great. AND, 1oz will probably last me forever. Best purchase ever, hands down.

Seche Vite Top Coat - $6-8
Discovering sheet marks on my nails in the morning after I've polished them the night before are now a thing of the past. This dries to the touch after less than one minute, SOLID after 15 minutes, and it has the glossiest shine ever. I stock up on this.. I have like 3 bottles stashed away for future use. so gay......but Seche Vite has changed my LIFE.

Tända Regenerate LED Light Therapy (blue and red light) - $375
My brother and I bought this for my mom for Christmas, but we all plan to use it for various reasons lol. I've only been using for a couple weeks, so I can't vouch for any results, but I'll update about it later.

i've been quoting the shamwow infomersh way too much lately.. really randomly, too. i'm betting it's some weird form of tourette's syndrome THIS LASTS TEN YEARS, THIS LASTS A WEEK. I DON'T KNOW, IT SELLS ITSELF
